Benebid charges a monthly software subscription and a small fee on transactions processed through the platform. It does not take a percentage of your event’s total proceeds. Stripe payment processing fees are additional.

Does Benebid take a percentage of our event’s proceeds?
No fee is charged on the full proceeds of your event. Benebid’s 2% or 0.5% transaction fee applies to transactions processed through the platform, depending on your plan. Stripe processing fees are separate.

Stripe payment processing is separate from Benebid software pricing. Applicable fees depend on your Stripe account and payment method.
