## The platform and your event

Benebid provides the platform. Event organizers are responsible for their event content, ticket offerings, auction restrictions and event-specific policies.

## Accounts and access

Use an account you are authorized to access. Keep verification codes private and assign staff access appropriate to their work.

## Payments and cancellations

Review the organizer’s ticket, donation and cancellation policies before participating. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Benebid software pricing and payment processing are described separately.
